MacroMatch Food Finder — ReppySetGo
MacroMatch
About This Tool
MacroMatch is designed to help you fill a specific gap in your daily nutrition — not to plan your whole diet. Search by macro targets and it will suggest foods from a database of 270+ items with values sourced from USDA SR Legacy averages.
The database is hand-curated, which means it is smaller than a full nutrition database but reliable for everyday foods. It doesn't have 47 variations of plain yoghurt with subtly different fat percentages. It has plain yoghurt. The values are averages. They'll get you close enough.
Use the dietary preference toggles to filter by lifestyle or intolerance. The filters cover the most common requirements: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and a handful of others. The tagging was done carefully — foods like Quorn, soy sauce, and Parmesan are tagged correctly for their actual ingredients rather than their marketing category.
Switch between per-serving and per-100g views depending on how you like to think about food. Per-serving is useful when you're planning a meal. Per-100g is useful when you're comparing foods against each other. The tool is most useful when you need something specific — high protein, low fat, under a certain calorie count — and you want a quick shortlist rather than scrolling through an entire food diary app.
